Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Supervisor, CEC Client Advocacy to our team!
The Supervisor, CEC Client Advocacy leads the day-to-day execution of operational activities that support client advocacy and delivery of clinical engagement programs, including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), Stars programs, and telehealth outreach for commercial and Medicare populations. This role directs a team responsible for advocating on behalf of the client’s pharmacy benefit program, member engagement, and program execution, ensuring alignment with quality, productivity, and regulatory standards.
The Supervisor, CEC Client Advocacy contributes to organizational goals by optimizing operational performance, supporting clinical program outcomes, and enhancing the member experience. Through leadership of frontline teams and collaboration with cross-functional partners, the role ensures programs are effectively staffed, executed, and continuously improved to support client requests, improved health outcomes and business objectives.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Manage daily operations of Client Advocate and CEC programs to ensure performance expectations, service levels, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to drive individual and team performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Monitors production, quality, and operational metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and improve performance outcomes
- Align staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet program demands and timeliness requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.
- Oversee implementation and execution of program and project work in partnership with clinical, program management, and operations leadership.
- Establish and maintain effective communication across teams, leadership, clients, and stakeholders to support program success.
- Evaluate operational capacity and readiness for new or evolving programs and supports onboarding and scaling efforts
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and ensures adherence within operational processes.
- Support development and maintenance of operational processes, training, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, clinical support, or customer/patient engagement environments required.
- 2 years’ experience leading teams and managing performance in a metric-driven environment required.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

USD $60,215.00 - USD $72,548.00 /Yr.
