The supervisor is responsible for monitoring staff performance, ensuring daily cash posting and reconciliation, and managing team inventory. They also conduct quality audits, facilitate training, and provide resolution for internal business partner inquiries.

Responsibilities
· Monitors staff performance and quality and address any training or performance issues on a regular basis. Perform colleague chair-sides as needed.
· Ensures that all cash received on a daily basis is posted and reconciled to the Bank Deposit.
· Collaborate with leadership and training team to build training plans required to develop a best practice team.
· Responsible for day-to-day inventory management of workload.
· Provide assistance / resolution to internal business partner inquiries.
· Conducts routine quality audits to verify accounts are being worked appropriately such as Unposted, Unidentified Cash and Flags
· Establishes realistic goals and priorities concurrent with organizational objectives.
· Act as a technical expert in regards to cash posting requirements, locating EOB/checks, navigating websites related to payment documents.
· Participates in the activities of new client start-up calls and provides staffing and training.
· Maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality.
· Analyze and solve problems quickly and thoroughly
· Conduct daily huddles and weekly staff meeting for continued process improvement and staff project knowledge.
· Approve timecards, approve/deny colleague PTO and review/approve payroll.
· Supports Savista’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures
Required qualification & Competencies
· 2+ years of experience in healthcare cash posting, working within healthcare systems.
· Experience in Healthcare or with a health care service-related business.
· High school diploma or Ged
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
· Ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence in both the quality of work and their approach to teamwork
· Ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues
· Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs
