As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you'll work with warm leads, guide prospective students through the enrolment journey, and use a consultative sales approach to match them with the right university program. Every conversation has the potential to change someone's future.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role where you'll manage your own pipeline while delivering an outstanding student experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Speaking with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying.

• Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound calls using an automated dialler.

• Guiding students through course options using a consultative sales approach.

• Following up applications and helping students complete the enrolment process.

• Responding to enquiries via phone, email and live chat.

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline.

• Achieving enrolment and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Collaborating with your team through daily coaching sessions and team huddles.

About You

We're looking for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about helping others succeed.

You'll bring:

• Proven success in sales, customer acquisition, enrolments or admissions.

• Experience achieving KPIs, sales targets or performance goals.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Confidence managing multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach while working remotely.

• Experience within higher education or education sales is highly regarded but not essential.

Work From Anywhere

We're a remote-first organisation, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.

You'll need:

• A reliable internet connection.

• A dedicated home workspace.

• Full Australian working rights.

If you're based in Melbourne, you're welcome to work from or visit our head office whenever you'd like.

Training & Support

You'll receive everything you need to succeed, including:

• Comprehensive remote onboarding beginning in your first week.

• Two weeks of structured shadowing with experienced advisors.

• Ongoing coaching from your Team Leader and dedicated Sales Training team.

Working Hours

• Full-time (38 hours per week).

• Monday to Friday.

• Rotating roster between 9:00am and 7:00pm AEST/AEDT.
