Our client is looking for a Structural Drafter to create accurate structural drawings and models based on engineering plans, calculations, and project requirements. They operate in the structural engineering industry and have expanded their portfolio across multiple building sectors and U.S. markets in recent years.
This role is primarily focused on structural drafting rather than engineering calculations. However, Structural Engineers with strong hands-on drafting experience may also be considered.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience preparing structural construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. They should be able to work independently while coordinating closely with engineers, manage assignments with minimal supervision, and consistently deliver accurate work.
This position requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of taking ownership of projects. Strong written and spoken English is essential for understanding instructions, discussing revisions, and collaborating with the U.S.-based team.

- Coordinate multiple drafting assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Review engineering markups and implement corrections efficiently.
- Verify dimensions, annotations, references, and drawing consistency before submitting work.
- Perform thorough quality checks to identify drafting errors, missing information, or coordination issues.
- Maintain organized drawing files, models, revisions, and project documentation.
- Communicate questions, conflicts, or missing details proactively.
- Follow established drafting standards, templates, naming conventions, and internal procedures.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to support project communication, documentation, and task tracking.

- Structural Engineers may be considered when their background includes substantial day-to-day drafting and construction-document production.
- Experience preparing drawings for building-related structural projects.
- Strong understanding of drafting accuracy, drawing organization, and document coordination.
- Experience receiving and implementing redlines or engineering markups.
- Previous experience collaborating remotely with U.S.-based engineering, architecture, or construction teams is preferred.
