We’re looking for passionate Record to Report specialists to join our CFO Consulting team in roles ranging from Analyst to Consultant to Manager. If you have solid experience in financial closing, reconciliations, intercompany, and reporting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end R2R processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Design and enhance account reconciliation and financial reporting processes aligned with GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives using tools like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or BlackLine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to develop forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis reports.
  • Identify trends and insights from financial data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen reconciliation and transaction matching processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for R2R activities.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new accounting/reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in R2R or similar finance/accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation tools like Oracle ARCS, BlackLine, or Cadency.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Fluent or proficient in English.
  • Experience in process improvement or ERP migration is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of period-end close activities, including reconciliation, intercompany, chart of accounts, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Leadership and proactive communication skills to engage with clients and identify opportunities.
