We are building our B2B/B2G operation in Brazil and looking for a highly entrepreneurial Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us expand across:
- companies,
- universities,
- NGOs,
- workforce development programs,
- and institutional partnerships.
This person will work directly with the Head of Brazilian Market to originate and develop strategic opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for the region.
What you will do
- Develop new B2B/B2G partnership opportunities;
- Build relationships with enterprises, universities, NGOs, and institutional partners;
- Lead consultative sales conversations and strategic meetings;
- Structure proposals and partnership models;
- Manage pipeline and partnership development process;
- Help build the commercial playbook for Brazil;
Requirements
- Experience selling B2B education, corporate learning, workforce development, or EdTech solutions;
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-moving environments;
- Hands-on and highly proactive;
- Experience with universities, L&D, ESG, employability, or impact-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
