How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Innovation & Change Specialist for transitioning new offerings from innovation to business-as-usual execution. The role leads operational processes, development of readiness and enablement resources, and implementation of cross-functional activities related to pilot and newly launched offerings. The role also supports change management and sales adoption efforts for new offerings, commercial models, and processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Lead operational readiness and execution activities for new and evolving offerings to help ensure consistent implementation.
  • Lead operational activities for innovation pilot programs, including timelines, partner onboarding, deliverables, and feedback collection.
  • Assist with documenting pilot delivery processes and operational requirements, and compile pilot data, customer needs, and performance metrics to support readiness and commercialization activities.
  • Support pilot offering sales activities by coordinating with market teams on order management, delivery execution, and transition to standard operating processes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, checklists, playbooks, and readiness materials.
  • Review existing and proposed processes to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities, and support process enhancement activities.
  • Support the implementation of change management plans related to new offerings, commercial models, and operational processes.
  • Lead the developing communication plans, training materials, and engagement resources to support sales team understanding of pilot and newly launched offerings.
  • Collaborate with regional and global sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation activities and address operational needs.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update sales enablement materials, including process guidance, communication content, and readiness tools, based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
  • Prepare reference materials, early success summaries, and co-branded content to support commercialization and partner onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to support alignment of value propositions, go-to-market messaging, and sales support materials.

Role Qualifications:

  • Degree or Certification in Change Management, Project Management or Program Management or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B operations, sales enablement, change management, program execution, or related fields.
  • Experience applying change management principles to drive adoption.
  • Strong program or project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional contributors and track execution.
  • Experience supporting contracting or deal execution processes, including document management, issue escalation, and coordination with Legal or Finance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across product, sales, legal, marketing, and regional teams.
  • Experience developing SOPs, process guides, or operational playbooks.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
  • Possible travel up to 10%
