You will work directly with founders to develop new clients, build consulting reseller partnerships, and shape the go-to-market strategy across Latin America. Additionally, you will create Spanish sales materials and marketing content while managing client relationships throughout their journey.
Skill Up Leader is a VC-backed company from Switzerland, Germany and Mexico building the future of consulting: productised advisory powered by AI.
We help companies solve a simple but costly problem: great strategies often fail in execution. Our AI conversational technology helps executive teams turn strategy into frontline action.
We already have a presence in Mexico with clients and our tech team and are now looking to significantly expand our footprint there, while using the market as a platform for broader growth across Latin America.
This is not a typical internship. As our LATAM Growth Intern, you’ll work directly with the founders to develop new clients, build consulting reseller partnerships and shape our go-to-market strategy across the region.
If you want to become an entrepreneur or CEO, build a career in consulting, or grow into a tech business development leadership role, this is the kind of experience you want early in your career. You’ll get hands-on exposure to sales, strategy, partnerships and market building — while building core consulting skills.

- Close deals from your own network and support clients throughout the entire journey
- Build consulting partnerships by setting up meetings and developing relationships with partners of local strategy, HR and boutique consulting firms

- Fair pay: Base salary of MXN 10,000 per month plus a 30% bonus for every deal closed. As a strong performer, you can earn easily more than MXN 50,000 per month. *Bonus paid out in the month after client paid the invoice.
- Flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere and organize your schedule around your priorities. As long as you attend the key weekly meetings (around 2 hours per week), complete your assigned weekly responsibilities and meet your monthly revenue targets, you have full flexibility over when, how much and where you work.
- Innovative environment: The project is not a simple SaaS tool with a GPT integration. It is highly technical and includes challenges that have not been solved in this way before. Be part of a cutting-edge project, use the latest technologies and learn valuable tech and AI skills for your future career.
- Future of consulting: Gain hands-on experience in productised advisory and work at the intersection of consulting, AI and software—an emerging model for how companies will access and implement high-quality advisory in the future.
- International team: Gain valuable experience collaborating with colleagues from Germany, Switzerland and Mexico and develop cross-cultural skills that are essential in today’s global workplace.
