💼 What We Offer

• Compensation: €50,000 - €80,000 gross annual compensation (commensurate with experience), comprehensive benefits package, annual bonuses, and fast-track promotion opportunities

• Work Model: Full remote: you can work from wherever you prefer within compatible timezones. We only require your availability for frequent travels across the LATAM region. High flexibility and physical presence at client’s facility during project execution are strictly required

⚙️ What You Will Do

As an Associate, you will work side-by-side with C-suite executives and ex-MBB leaders from day one, leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools to solve high-value strategic client challenges.

• Project Support: Assist the Engagement Manager in planning, research, data analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance customer service operations and sales effectiveness

• Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and executive presentations

• Data Analysis & AI Acceleration: Build complex Excel models and extract actionable strategic insights, actively leveraging GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up analytical cycles and pressure-test hypotheses

• Deliverable Creation: Produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations and reports that clearly and persuasively communicate key findings and recommendations

🔍 What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

• Education: Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in management/strategic consulting or similar client-facing roles

• LATAM Mobility: Full willingness to travel and spend extended periods on-site across Latin America

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools

• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level required)

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of Italian

• Prior exposure to Customer Operations, Contact Center, or Sales Effectiveness best practices
