Summary: The Strategic Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering clear, consistent, and engaging communications to both internal employees and external audiences. This role supports organizational goals by strengthening brand reputation, improving employee engagement, and ensuring timely, accurate messaging across all communication channels. QualificationsEducation, Skills & Experience necessary and Equipment Skills: Resume required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and content management systems is preferred. Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. Strong editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable representing the bank professionally at public events and engaging in a professional manner. Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of organization.
