STEM609: Non Classroom Teaching Campus Based Activities

Overview

 JerseySTEM is a non-profit organization that provides free after-school instruction in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) related disciplines to middle school girls in underserved communities in New Jersey in order to interest girls to study and potentially become employed in jobs in STEM related professions. This is an unpaid position with JerseySTEM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in the organziation of JerseySTEM operations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing Management, Business or Operational support to JerseySTEM various departments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Currently enrolled in college or grad school
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, and software applications.

 

Projects Details: Departments: University Partnerships, Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Comminication Length: 10 weeks - Fall semester ( Late Sept - Early Dec); Spring semester ( Late Jan - Early Apr) Location: Remote
