Labor Finders is now hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Steel Project Coordinator!

MUST RESIDE IN GEORGIA 
💰 Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
💼 Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate estimates and material takeoffs for structural and miscellaneous steel projects.
• Prepare pricing, bids, and professional proposals.
• Submit bids and follow up with customers regarding pricing and projects.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Construction estimating experience preferred; 1 year preferred but not required.
• Structural or miscellaneous steel experience is a plus.
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong math, computer, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet, telephone, and dedicated workspace required.

Candidates with less experience may be considered based on qualifications and willingness to learn.
