You will assist contractors to help meet their obligations and deliver measurable results -- check timesheets, answer queries about contracting and the Company, help mediate between them and their client, and highlight their performance.

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
Onboarding:
- Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a smooth transition on each step.
- Guide new contractors on required systems and administrative processes.
- Ensure contractors clearly understand contract terms and expectations.
- Partner with Client Success during the contractor's first day.
- Support the rest of the onboarding team, as needed.
Contractor Support:
- Support up to 95 contractors
- Monitor and approve contractor timesheets accurately and on time, including proper schedule plotting to ensure correct billing and prevent payment delays.
- Ensure zero or minimal disputes related to timesheet administration.
- Conduct check-ins as needed to provide support and identify potential risks.
- Monitor the SSP pipeline and ensure prompt and appropriate responses and resolution of requests, tickets, and contractor inquiries.
- Partner with Client Success to ensure quality service delivery.
- Escalate relevant concerns to the Client Success Manager (CSM), as needed.
Offboarding:
- Monitor the Offboarding Pipeline to ensure a smooth transition on each step.
- Conduct offboarding discussions in a timely manner, ensure proper notice handling, and guide contractors through the offboarding process.
- Update contractor records to accurately reflect relevant offboarding details.
- Support post-offboarding concerns when necessary.
Other or Special Tasks:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of reports requested by clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in remote staff management, HR operations, or a related administrative role
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Proven ability to monitor staff time logs, conduct regular check-ins, and support employee engagement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling sensitive staff concerns
- Proficiency in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.)
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
