Staff Engineer - SAP Commerce (Hybris)

Job Description

1. Native Portuguese speaker (Mandatory) – able to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
2. Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory) – both verbal and written.
3. 7+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience.
4. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Commerce architecture.
5. Experience developing custom extensions, OCC APIs, and system integrations.
6. Hands-on experience with Backoffice customization, Impex, CronJobs, and Solr.
7. Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
8. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.
9. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
10. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with global teams.
