Staff Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience - 5+ years
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs or Integration Hub
• Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and custom application development
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in enhancing local IT experiences using ServiceNow automation is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Build and manage integrations with external systems
• Develop and configure workflows and automations using Flow Designer
• Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Continuously enhance system performance and user experience through improvements and automation

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
