Job Description
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Ethical Promotion: Ensure all promotional activities are conducted in strict accordance with local regulations, industry codes (e.g. HKAPI), and Gilead’s internal compliance policies.

  • Scientific Engagement: Deliver accurate, balanced, and non-promotional scientific information to HCPs, avoiding off-label discussions and ensuring transparency in all communications.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of field interactions, expenses, and activities in line with audit and compliance requirements.

  • Training & Certification: Complete all mandatory compliance training and certifications before engaging in field activities; stay updated on evolving regulatory standards.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams to ensure promotional materials and messaging are approved and compliant.

  • Field Intelligence: Report adverse events and product complaints promptly and accurately through designated channels.

  • Transparency & Integrity: Uphold Gilead’s values of integrity, respect, and accountability in all interactions with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology or specialty care pharmaceutical sales roles.

  • Proven ability to engage HCPs in complex clinical discussions.

  • Strong understanding of cancer treatment pathways and evolving therapeutic landscapes.

  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with ADCs, immunotherapies, or targeted therapies.

  • Exposure to cross-functional planning and POA development.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial and real-world data.
