The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for the consumer lending product, focusing on scaling the business line through growth and partnerships. They will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and credit risk teams to ensure scalable underwriting and portfolio health.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our consumer lending product. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like a business builder, not just a product manager — the central question you'll be answering is: how do we scale this business 10x?
You'll sit at the intersection of product, credit, and growth, translating a strong lending product into a scalable, high-growth business line. You'll operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment where you're expected to move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
What you'll do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for our consumer lending product, with a primary focus on growth and scale.
- Define and execute the path to scaling the business line, identifying the levers — product, pricing, distribution, partnerships — that unlock step-change growth.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship, iterate, and scale.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing and growth teams to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with credit risk teams to balance growth with portfolio health, ensuring underwriting and risk frameworks scale alongside the business.
- Bring a business development mindset: identify new opportunities, channels, and product expansions that grow the book responsibly.
What we're looking for
- Solid product management experience, ideally in fintech or financial products.
- Direct experience in consumer lending or credit products — you understand underwriting, risk, and the mechanics of a loan book.
- A strong track record in business development or scaling products — you've taken something from early traction to meaningful scale.
- Comfort operating in high-pressure, high-ownership environments where speed and accountability matter.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing/growth, and credit risk teams.
- A growth-oriented, commercial mindset: you're energized by the question of how to scale a business, not just ship features.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Mexican or Latin American fintech market.
- Exposure to secured or collateral-based lending products.
