We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Consultant with deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce to lead client engagements and drive marketing operations strategy. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, helping clients optimize their martech stack, scale demand generation, and apply AI to modernize marketing workflows.
You lead with confidence at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You take ownership of client outcomes, guiding marketing operations strategy while staying close enough to the work to ensure it is done right. You are hands-on in Marketo and Salesforce, but also a trusted advisor who brings structure, clarity, and forward-thinking ideas. You are proactive, collaborative, and bring an AI-forward mindset rooted in experimentation and applying new tools to transform marketing workflows.

This position is open only to candidates who reside in the United States and are already legally authorized to work here on a full-time basis. Iron Horse is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas now or in the future.
This position is remote but requires availability during standard U.S. business hours (typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your designated time zone). Occasional flexibility may be needed based on team collaboration needs. Periodic travel may be required for team meet-ups, training, or in-person meetings, typically with advance notice.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), basic life insurance, Flexible Savings Account, Long term and short term disability insurance.
