What's the role about?
As a FullStack Engineer, you will join a small, lean engineering team to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience of our platform, with a deep focus on frontend engineering. You will lead the development of complex, data-heavy views, real-time chat interfaces, and interactive document-collaboration surfaces using React and TypeScript, while also designing and supporting the Python and FastAPI microservices that power our AI-driven document workflows. Working without silos alongside product and design, you will independently drive key features from rich UI concepts to scalable, production-ready backend integrations.

What do we require from you?

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus and deep expertise in modern frontend development using React.

• Strong TypeScript skills and experience managing complex state patterns using Redux Toolkit or equivalent as well as streaming UX and real-time UIs with native WebSockets.

• Proven experience building accessible, responsive interfaces with component libraries like Ant Design or Tailwind and working across modern build tooling.

• Backend experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments.

• Knowledge of working with relational and document databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture like ECS and RDS and basic infrastructure concepts.
