Job DetailsJob Location: Bellevue, WA 98005Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary/yearCORE RESPONSIBILITIES   Teamwork and Growth (20%) · Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching. · Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Leadership to ensure high-quality customer experiences. · Maintain strong communication rhythms and ensure consistent documentation across environments. · Support onboarding and training of new engineering team members. Hands-On Technical Engineering (80%) · Serve as the first—and final—technical escalation point for complex incidents, problems, and requests. · Perform advanced troubleshooting across M365, identity, networking, server, cloud, and endpoint systems. · Participate in identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, RBAC enforcement, MFA, conditional access, and platform alignment. · Administer and support Azure AD/Entra, Intune, M365, and Azure resource configurations. · Manage configuration, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle operations for Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux endpoints, and Windows Servers (2012–2025). · Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of networking systems including firewalls (Fortinet/SonicWall/Meraki), switching, routing, and Wi-Fi. · Oversee RMM platform operations, patch compliance, monitoring, and automation script implementation. · Support cloud and physical network management, including Azure tenant operations and CSP management tasks. · Implement endpoint security controls as defined by Averro’s CISO. · Manage printer environments, including Direct Print and managed deployments (ex: Vasion). · Maintain backup configurations (Veeam, Datto, Quest) and ensure alignment with customer requirements.   SERVICE DELIVERY & PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensure adherence to incident, problem, and change management processes. · Drive continuous improvement across engineering workflows and customer environments. · Oversee configuration management, documentation accuracy, and environment health baselines. · Engage in operational reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning as required. · Maintain a strong customer-first orientation, including availability during major production-impacting events. QualificationsTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Required) · Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, and Azure administration. · Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle, MFA, RBAC, conditional access, and identity governance. · Proficiency with Windows Server (2012/2016/2022/2025) and Windows 10/11. · Strong networking knowledge including VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, ACLs, Wi-Fi systems, and firewall administration. · Experience supporting virtualized environments including VMware ESXi and vSphere. · Skilled in RMM and endpoint management platforms. · Experience with cloud and physical network management across hybrid infrastructures. · PowerShell proficiency (required). · Endpoint management across macOS, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), and Windows. · Familiarity with backup platforms including Veeam, Datto, and Quest.   TOOLS & PLATFORMS (Exposure Required / Strong Familiarity) · Identity & Cloud: Azure AD/Entra, Intune, M365, Pax8, Okta · Device & OS: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux (Debian, Ubuntu), Apple Business Manager · Security: Kaseya EDR, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Barracuda · Networking: Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, Unifi · SaaS: M365 Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, Google Workspace · Storage & Virtualization: QNAP, VMWare ESXi/vSphere · Print Management: Vasion (PrinterLogic) · Backup & DR: Veeam, Datto, Quest · RMM/Monitoring: Datto RMM · Scripting: PowerShell · ITSM: ServiceNow familiarity   PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS · GraphAPI · Experience with MaaS360. · Experience with Exclaimer. · Experience with Egnyte.   CERTIFICATIONS (Preferred) · Microsoft: MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700, AZ-900 · Networking & Security: Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE 3 or Palo Alto PCNSA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ · Process: ITIL v4 Foundation   WORK ENVIRONMENT · Remote role; Bellevue, WA preferred but not required. · Occasional travel to customer sites or internal meetings. · Customer-centric flexibility expected during major incidents, include off-hours and weekend work.
