Job Summary:
The Sr. Director - Strategic Consulting working with the Managing Director – Strategic Consulting – Systems Improvement at Casey Family Programs proactively seeks ways to assess and support child welfare systems improvement and sets direction for the work in specific states and jurisdictions. The purpose of this position and the efforts it directs is to create system change and to build capacity for systems to strengthen families and communities in order to improve the safety, permanency and well being of children and to influence the safe reduction of the number of children in foster care and reinvestment of resources consistent with goals.

Deep, multi-year experience in personally consulting at cabinet-level public administration in child welfare with demonstrated high impact results may be substituted for some years of experience in recent public administration senior management position.
Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s location and the applicable market zone as well as other factors including knowledge, skills, and experience.
Casey Family Programs uses internally defined market zones based on geographical regions.
Market zone 1 – $133,663 - $180,838
Market zone 2 – $141,525 - $191,475
Market zone 3 – $149,388 - $202,113
Market zone 4 – $157,250 - $212,750
Market zone 5 – $165,113 - $223,388
Market zone 6 – $172,975 - $234,025
Casey Family Programs offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, accrual of 12 days of annual leave, 12 days of sick leave,10 paid holidays per year, and each employee receives one personal holiday to use each calendar year. Employees that meet certain tenure qualifiers are eligible for up to eight weeks of parental leave for the birth or placement of a child for adoption or foster care. After the completion of 10 years of continuous, full-time regular employment, employees in good standing are permitted for a three-month sabbatical with pay. CFP also offers many opportunities for continued learning, training, and development.
