Job Description

• Architect and design end-to-end data integration patterns across Change Data Capture (CDC), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Middleware, and API Management (APIM) layers.
• Define scalable integration frameworks for real-time, near real-time, and batch data ingestion, ensuring high availability, resilience, and observability.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka / Confluent Platform, enabling reliable event streaming and asynchronous processing.
• Develop streaming data pipelines using:
  • Single Message Transforms (SMT) for event transformation
  • ksqlDB for real-time stream processing
  • Apache Flink for advanced stateful computation and analytics
• Define and govern API contracts for product data ingestion, including POST APIs via APIM, ensuring standardization, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Design reusable integration components for:
  • Data validation
  • Schema evolution
  • Error handling & retries
  • Dead-letter queues (DLQ)
  • Monitoring and alerting
• Establish enterprise standards for:
  • API security (OAuth, JWT, mTLS)
  • Data governance
  • Metadata management
  • Message schema design (Avro/JSON/Protobuf)
• Collaborate with business, product, data engineering, and platform teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical architecture.
• Provide architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Prior experience on Finance data transformation will be great

 

Required Skills & Experience

• experience in data integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture
• Strong expertise in:
  • CDC tools (e.g., Debezium, GoldenGate)
  • Enterprise Integration / ESB platforms
  • API Management platforms
  • Messaging and event streaming architectures
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Apache Kafka
  • Confluent Platform
  • Kafka Connect
  • SMT
  • ksqlDB
  • Apache Flink
• Strong understanding of:
  • Event-driven architecture
  • Microservices integration
  • API design (REST/GraphQL)
  • Schema registry
  • Data contracts
• Experience with cloud platforms such as:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, and observability tooling.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product master data integration / product catalog ingestion
• Exposure to retail, supply chain, or enterprise product domains
• Architecture certifications in cloud or integration platforms
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
