Position Overview
We are seeking a curious, driven Sr. Creative Strategist to support the development of high-performing, social-first creative for our portfolio of direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands. This role blends creative strategy, paid-social insights, and light hands-on production to help shape concepts that convert across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and more.

You’ll help research, ideate, script, and build briefs that guide designers, copywriters, User Generated Content (UGC) creators, and editors, ensuring every concept ladders up to performance goals. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, why they buy, and how creative is the new targeting, you’ll thrive here.
 
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Concepting
  • Develop short-form, direct-response creative concepts for paid social (5-45 sec videos, UGC, statics, hooks, angles).
  • Write clear, compelling creative briefs that provide direction for editors, designers, UGC creators, and production teams.
  • Partner with creative leads to brainstorm campaign ideas, messaging angles, and new performance-driven tests.
Research & Insights
  • Conduct competitive analysis, trend mapping, and audience research to identify insights and whitespace opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior patterns to inform messaging frameworks and creative directions.
  • Monitor platform trends and evolving best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Messaging & Narrative Development
  • Craft brand-aligned messaging frameworks, value props, and narrative arcs across different creatives.
  • Help shape the tone, structure, and positioning for new campaigns, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers to ensure creative aligns with performance objectives.
  • Assist in developing branded pitch decks, mockups, and concept presentations for internal use and client pitches.
Performance Optimization
  • Participate in creative reviews using data to understand what’s performing and why.
  • Recommend iterative tests, new angles, refreshed hooks, and optimization opportunities for ongoing campaigns.
  • Support in tracking asset performance and codifying learnings into future creative strategies.
Production & Execution (As Needed)
  • Assist in sourcing and managing UGC creators, influencers, and third-party production partners.
  • Help with simple shoots of client products (unboxings, demos, tabletop).
  • Ingest footage, organize assets, and collaborate with editors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of paid social creative strategy experience, ideally in direct response or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad creative best practices.
  • Ability to identify high-performing hooks, story structures, and value propositions.
  • Comfortable evaluating creative performance using high-level analytics.
  • Proven ability to think conceptually and creatively MUST be a creative thinker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bonus:
    • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or simple motion editing
    • Experience working at a creative, media, or performance agency
    • Familiarity with UGC workflows, creator sourcing, or production
    • Experience in videography or motion graphics is a plus
