The Senior CCM Consultant leads the design, implementation, and modernization of Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. This role helps enterprise customers transform customer communications through cloud adoption, process optimization, and modern communication platforms. Acting as a trusted advisor, the consultant works with business and technical stakeholders to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and deliver scalable communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Solution Architecture

• Serve as a CCM subject matter expert for modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Assess current communication environments and define future-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Advise customers on migrating from legacy CCM platforms to cloud-based solutions.
• Design scalable solutions for batch, interactive, on-demand, and omnichannel communications.
• Define integrations across CRM, ERP, ECM, BPM, data, and digital experience platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, governance, and scalability requirements.

Cloud Migration & Delivery

• Lead CCM migration programs, including template modernization, workflow migration, data mapping, integration redesign, testing, and validation.
• Assess migration readiness and identify opportunities to leverage SaaS and managed services.
• Lead technical design and implementation activities, including document generation, communication orchestration, API integrations, workflow automation, and output management.
• Support deployments, production readiness reviews, and operational optimization.
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants.

 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise CCM solutions (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of customer communications management, document generation, communication orchestration, omnichannel engagement, and customer journey communications.
• Experience with SaaS transformation and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with API-first design, identity management, containerization, and iPaaS solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, business analysis, and roadmap development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, ECM, Digital Experience, and BPM platforms.
• Cloud or enterprise architecture certifications.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Healthcare.
