Role Summary

The Sr. Analyst - Last Mile plays a critical role in driving performance, execution, and insights across Kraft Heinz’s Last Mile platform partnerships. This role supports day-to-day business management across partners such as Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GoPuff through performance tracking, campaign execution, promotional support, budget management, and cross-functional follow-through to help accelerate growth across the Last Mile channel.

This person will work closely with the Sr. Manager - Last Mile and will report to the Lead - Last Mile. The role is part of the broader eCommerce and Customer Marketing team, which is responsible for growing eCommerce sales and positioning Kraft Heinz to win in an omnichannel future.
 

Responsibilities

  • Support business management across priority Last Mile platforms, including Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GoPuff, by tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and helping drive strong day-to-day execution
  • Analyze platform, campaign, promotional, and category performance to generate actionable insights, inform optimization, and support clear internal and customer-facing recommendations
  • Build and maintain recurring scorecards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor key eCommerce and Last Mile KPIs and surface business trends
  • Support the planning and execution of media, promotional, merchandising, and test-and-learn initiatives across Last Mile platforms, including coordination of inputs, assets, budget management, invoicing, and follow-up actions
  • Partner across Omni Shopper Marketing, Retail Media, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, and external platform teams to ensure plans are aligned, executed effectively, and connected to broader omnichannel priorities
  • Identify, synthesize, and share best practices, learnings, and performance insights across internal stakeholders to strengthen broader Last Mile capability and business decision-making
  • Support digital shelf and platform execution priorities that improve the consumer experience and business performance
  • Bring a strong ownership mindset by proactively flagging risks, solving problems, and moving work forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through

  • Strong performance tracking and visibility across priority Last Mile platforms against company KPIs
  • High-quality campaign, promotional, and platform execution
  • Actionable insights that improve plans, optimizations, and business decision-making
  • Accurate and timely budget, billing, and workflow management
  • Clear cross-functional alignment across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong contribution to the Last Mile learning agenda and broader organizational capability building

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, customer marketing, sales analytics, retail media, marketing, or related commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of CPG, eCommerce, and omnichannel business dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills, including required proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort working with dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and multiple data sources
  • Ability to translate performance data and business trends into clear insights, simple narratives, and practical recommendations
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including PowerPoint development and clear storylining
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence through credibility, collaboration, and clear communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing speed with accuracy, and proactively identifying risks or opportunities
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Last Mile platforms, including Instacart and DoorDash
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Retail Media, and eCommerce stakeholders
  • Experience with syndicated data, customer marketing, promotional planning, or platform reporting tools
  • Familiarity with digital shelf, search, or related eCommerce performance metrics

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
