Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for Spanish speaking customers via Inbound calls, Email and Chats.
• Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues, including account access, threats, vulnerabilities, and software problems
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.
