Your seat to fill:

• Serve as the category expert and brand ambassador for Technical Lifestyle Products, ensuring product credibility and alignment with brand values.
• Drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations, direct consumer engagement, and technical selling support.
• Maintain a strong retail presence in key stores, including availability for 2–3 Saturdays per month, to support sales and customer experience.
• Deliver structured product, sales, and technical training to retail teams, improving staff knowledge, confidence, and conversion rates.
• Ensure premium in-store execution, including visual merchandising (VM) and POS standards, in line with global brand guidelines.
• Identify listing opportunities and growth potential within key accounts to expand distribution and category footprint.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights and structured reporting to HQ.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, retail events, and activation initiatives, strengthening external partnerships and brand visibility.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including sell-out growth, conversion rates, training effectiveness, distribution expansion, and quality of in-store execution.

Your stroll to CYBEX: 

• Relevant professional experience in field sales, retail, or category roles, preferably within premium or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of retail sell-out dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Confident in direct consumer interaction, product demonstration, and in-store engagement.
• Analytical, KPI-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Professional proficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written) for customer interaction and reporting.
• High flexibility to travel as required and availability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month.
