HirePath Network is seeking motivated Spanish-speaking candidates for a remote sales opportunity with training, mentorship, and a path toward leadership.
You’ll connect with families who requested information about protection options, explain available solutions, guide applications, and follow up by phone and Zoom. As you advance, you may help mentor new representatives.
Compensation: Weekly performance-based commissions, with annual earning potential of $65,000–$100,000, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and renewal commissions. Earnings depend on performance and eligibility.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, not required.
Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn.
Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
Complete training and obtain the required state professional license before conducting licensed activities.
