Role Overview

As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales. Reporting directly to the Engagement Manager, you will assist in the management and execution of key projects, with responsibility for specific deliverables and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Support - Assist the Engagement Manager in managing and executing end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service operations and sales effectiveness, including project planning, research, data analysis, and development of recommendations

2. Client Engagement - Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather data, and support the delivery of project updates; collaborate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops

3. Data Analysis - Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making; develop robust Excel models and data visualizations

4. Deliverable Creation - Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations

5. Research & Knowledge Development - Stay updated on industry trends, customer operations practices, and emerging technologies; contribute to the firm's intellectual property

6. Collaborative Teamwork - Work effectively with project team members, sharing insights and leveraging collective expertise

Qualifications

- MBA in a relevant field;

- Minimum 4 year of experience in consulting or a similar client-facing role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and modeling

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful client-facing deliverables

- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently

- Collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of customer operations best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies is a plus

- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus
