CTG is seeking a Solution Architect I for our client. This role supports enterprise technology initiatives by designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions while partnering with architecture, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with solution architecture, software engineering practices, AI technologies, and enterprise-level technology delivery.

Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solution architectures that align with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, and technology strategies.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support AI platform architecture initiatives, including:
- AI model integration and lifecycle patterns.
- Model access, APIs, and embedded AI capabilities.
- AI telemetry, observability, and risk monitoring.
- Guardrails, security controls, and responsible AI practices.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC, including solution design, implementation support, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Create and refine conceptual, logical, and physical architecture designs for strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations based on scalability, security, cost, performance, and risk considerations.
- Partner with Agile teams during ceremonies and technical discussions to ensure solutions meet architectural standards.
- Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve enterprise capabilities.
- Support architecture governance activities and ensure compliance with established standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with solution architecture, software architecture principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with multiple programming languages and application development practices.
- Experience designing and integrating enterprise applications and technology solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern technology trends, cloud technologies, AI platforms, and enterprise architecture practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders at varying levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience supporting financial services or banking technology initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level technical presentations.
- Cloud technology and programming certifications.
- Experience with AI platforms, APIs, security frameworks, observability, and reliability engineering practices.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 to $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
