About the Role

You will join an advanced industrial technology environment where modern CAD/CAM software plays a central role in digital manufacturing. In this role, you will act as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on specialist, helping development teams build software that is secure, resilient, and compliant from the start.

You will have a key position in strengthening product cybersecurity across the software lifecycle. A major part of the role is to drive and continuously improve a Secure Software Development Lifecycle aligned with international standards and regulatory expectations. You will work close to development, security, and leadership stakeholders, turning security requirements into practical ways of working that support both product quality and business goals.

Job Description

• You will drive the implementation and ongoing development of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
• You will help ensure alignment with IEC 62443-4-1 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
• You will perform security assessments and continuous evaluations of software products.
• You will identify security gaps, prioritize actions, and support remediation together with development teams.
• You will strengthen product security capabilities in line with IEC 62443-4-2.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering teams on secure coding practices and relevant security tooling.
• You will support the development and operation of a unified product security program.
• You will provide senior stakeholders and the CISO with input on reporting, maturity assessments, and security direction.
• You will stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to keep the security approach current.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software security and product cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of secure software development practices and relevant standards.
• Experience working closely with development teams in agile environments.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

• CSSLP certification.
