Role:
Establish and improve ways of working for your team.
Build, lead and grow our Engineers.
Provide smooth onboarding experience for new joiners including training.
Work together with the teams Product Owner / Accountable Lead to ensure your team delivers high quality at a high pace.
Proactively identify issues and work on resolving them.
Create a fun and amazing workplace for our international Engineering team.
Experience :
At least 2 years’ experience as Engineering Manager, and 4 years hands-on experience as Software Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing systems.
Line Manager of at least four or more individuals, guiding, coaching and being a mentor.
Worked in the fast paced Agile/Scrum (methodology) projects.
Experience with performance management & salary review.
Self-driven & high energy with a passion to nurture high-performing teams.
