About the Role
The Software Engineer III designs, develops, tests, and supports web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. This role contributes to the full software development lifecycle, leads moderately complex technical initiatives, mentors junior team members, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What We Offer
Travel
Up to 10% travel, based on business needs. While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week. Employees are given ample notice and attendance is expected.

Pay Transparency Statement
Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
