  • 7+ years of experience in software test automation or quality engineering, including ownership of test architecture.

  • Proven experience designing modern automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend systems.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI techniques to expand automated test coverage, reduce test maintenance, identify flaky or redundant tests, and improve defect detection.

  • Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Gherkin.

  • Demonstrated experience practicing and promoting TDD in close collaboration with software developers.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.

  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of test data management and test environment orchestration.

  • Experience working with medical imaging or complex visualization systems, including DICOM, PACS, image rendering, annotation, or performance-sensitive UI components.

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as Clinical Trials, Healthcare, or Life Sciences, including familiarity with validation documentation and audit readiness (IQ/OQ/PQ).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and influence technical teams.
