What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions
Take ownership of features and systems from design through deployment
Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code following best practices
Participate in and help shape architectural and technical design decisions
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, supporting their technical growth
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt
Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards
Participate in on-call rotation and support production incident response as needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#)
Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications at scale
Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Exposure to microservices or distributed systems architecture
Prior experience mentoring or leading small project teams
Contributions to open-source projects
