About the Company
HeyDrew is the tax strategy and execution platform built for small business owners tired of overpaying the IRS. Most CPAs only look backward, filing what already happened. We look forward: our AI identifies every strategy you qualify for, then a real team gets it done with you, all year long, not just at tax time. We're not a filing service, and we don't hand you a list of strategies and wish you luck. Every client gets a dedicated Tax Team that explains each strategy in plain language, backed by a licensed EA who owns every number and sign-off. No jargon, no guesswork, just real savings, done right. Ready to stop losing money to avoidable taxes? HeyDrew is your team.
About the role
We're engaging a Social Multimedia Producer on a contract basis to take ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping social content end-to-end — concept, design, copy, publishing, editing, and posting. You'll be responsible for how our brand shows up across social channels day-to-day. Designing on-brand assets, writing the copy and messaging that carries them, editing video, and managing the posting schedule. This is a hands-on engagement for someone who is equally comfortable in a design tool, a video editor, and a caption box, and who can work independently within agreed deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Produce content for social media across our channels, from concept through to finished, publish-ready assets, and edit and post videos
Design content for different social platforms using our brand guidelines and design systems, adapting formats and dimensions to suit each channel.
Develop the copy and messaging that wraps around the content — captions, hooks, on-screen text, and supporting copy for videos, stills, carousels, and more.
Edit content directly, including video editing, adding transcripts and captions, and formatting copy so assets are ready to ship.
Manage and publish social media posts, scheduling and posting across platforms and keeping the content flowing consistently.
Contribute to and maintain a content calendar, aligning posts with campaigns, launches, and key moments.
Keep all content consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity, and help evolve templates and reusable assets within our design system.
Repurpose and adapt content across formats and channels to maximise reach from each idea.
Monitor comments and engagement where relevant, and flag or respond in line with community guidelines.
Track performance of posts and use insights to refine future content — hooks that land, formats that perform, best times to post.
Stay on top of platform trends, features, and formats, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Manage source files, assets, and version control so the wider team can find and reuse work.
Collaborate with marketing, brand, and other stakeholders to turn briefs and campaigns into content.

Fluent with AI creative tools and eager to use them to move faster and push ideas further (see tools below)
Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook) and what performs on each.
Comfortable working within brand guidelines and a design system while still bringing bold creative ideas.
Well organised, able to manage a posting schedule and juggle multiple pieces of content at once.
Experience with social scheduling/management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
