You are:
- A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- A professional with great analytical skills;
- Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point;
- An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting;
- Confident in English and French on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);
- A great communicator and a team player.
With you we will:
- Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestlé based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
- Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestlé brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
- Provide alerts about all online Nestlé social media channels;
- Prepare reports using data analytics;
