We're seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on expanding and elevating MyPrize’s social presence to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

The Role:

As Social Media Manager, you'll grow MyPrize’s social presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for building culturally relevant, high-performing social content that sits at the intersection of sports, internet culture, creators, livestreaming, gaming, memes, and real-time online conversation.

This role is ideal for someone who is constantly on the pulse of the digital zeitgeist and deeply plugged into sports, pop culture, livestreaming, creator ecosystems, and internet trends. 

You should be highly creative, fast-moving, internet-native, and capable of creating and publishing content quickly across multiple platforms, helping us scale what is working and unlock new opportunities across MyPrize’s expanding multi-product suite.

What you will do at MyPrize:

• Constantly On the Pulse of the Digital Zeitgeist: Constantly engage with the worlds of creators, livestreaming, pop culture, sports, internet trends, games, collectibles, live selling, prediction markets, and emerging online communities to ensure MyPrize remains culturally relevant and ahead of the conversation.
• Social Strategy Ownership & Execution: Own and execute MyPrize’s day-to-day social media strategy across all social platforms.
• Real-Time Content Creation & Trend Activation: Create culturally relevant, high-engagement social content tied to sports, creators, livestreams, memes, breaking news, and internet trends.
• Platform-Native Content Development: Develop platform-native content for X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
• Cultural & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor sports, entertainment, creator ecosystems, streaming culture, and online discourse in real time while tracking competitors and evolving platform behaviors.
• Brand Voice & Community Engagement: Engage directly with creators, influencers, athletes, streamers, and online communities while helping define and evolve MyPrize’s voice, tone, and online brand identity.
• Livestream & Creator Content Amplification: Assist with livestream clipping, social distribution, and amplification of creator content.
• Short-Form Video Editing & Content Production: Edit short-form video content optimized for engagement and growth across social platforms.
• Cross-Functional Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, partnerships, product, and creator teams to launch campaigns and activations.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track social performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
• Emerging Platform & Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, creator movements, and emerging content formats to help MyPrize remain culturally relevant and digitally native.

What you bring to MyPrize:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content, sports media, creator economy, gaming, or consumer internet companies.
• Experience creating memes, reactive content, livestream clips, and culturally driven social campaigns.
• Deep understanding of sports culture, internet culture, memes, livestreaming, creators, and social platform dynamics.
• Strong instincts for what content performs and why.
• Proven experience growing social audiences and building engaged online communities.
• Experience creating high-performing short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong copywriting and internet-native communication skills.
• Highly online and deeply engaged with internet culture and social trends on a daily basis.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, always-on environments where speed and creativity matter.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter mentality with strong creative instincts and execution ability.

Gold Stars:

• Experience in free-to-play gaming, streaming, daily fantasy sports, or social casino industries.
• Existing personal social following or prior experience growing social accounts into meaningful audiences.
• Existing relationships with creators, influencers, athletes, or sports/media personalities.
