  • Manage and engage with our social media communities
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Monitor social media trends and develop new content ideas and formats
  • Support the growth of our corporate brand, employer branding, and executive personal brands


Requirements

Your Profile

  • Experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for high-performing content
  • Experience planning and managing social media campaigns
  • Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English and/or German
  • Passion for e-commerce, marketing, and digital trends
  • Previous experience in an agency or e-commerce environment is a plus
