In your day-to-day, you will ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

  • Manage the company's day-to-day social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with business priorities.

  • Create engaging social media copy that reflects the company's brand voice and values.

  • Design and publish compelling social media content using existing brand assets, photos and videos.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather stories, project updates and customer success stories.

  • Proactively engage with internal teams to identify content opportunities.

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages and community enquiries in a timely manner.

  • Engage with relevant online communities, industry groups and conversations to increase brand awareness.

  • Monitor mentions of the business online and proactively enhance customer engagement.

  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Track social media performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.

  • Suggest creative ideas and campaigns that help grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding, tone of voice and reputation.

  • Utilise AI and automation tools where appropriate to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.

Skills you have ๐Ÿš€

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media managing, marketing or similar role.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn business accounts.

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement.

  • Experience developing and managing content calendars.

  • Experience scheduling content using social media management platforms.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and a strong eye for branding and visual presentation.

  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to source content and ideas.

  • Proactive, self-motivated and confident taking ownership of projects.

  • Open to feedback and able to refine content based on stakeholder input.
