About the role
NodeShift is hiring a Social Media Manager to run our multi-account social presence using our internal AI-powered posting tool. You'll manage 20 social media accounts, publishing one high-quality post per account every day.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post daily across 20 individual social media accounts (one unique post per account, per day)
• Increase the number of impressions per account and across accounts driving upward engagement, likes and views.
• Set up and maintain a distinct voice and personality for each account
• Write and curate relevant, high-quality content focused on NodeShift, compliant AI, and agentic AI
• Use our internal social media tool to schedule, generate, and publish posts efficiently
• Track performance and continuously improve content to grow impressions and engagement
  
  

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of AI, especially compliant and agentic AI concepts
• Creativity and excellent writing skills, able to craft a unique voice per account
• Ability to manage high posting volume without sacrificing quality
• Self-directed, organized, and consistent
  
  

Compensation

• $1,000 USD base salary per month
• $1,000 USD performance bonus tied to social media impressions
• Total earning potential: $2,000 USD/month
