ROLE OVERVIEW

Dora is seeking a strategic Social Media Distribution & Marketing VA, not a basic content poster.

This role requires someone who will own the distribution, repurposing, and visibility strategy of Dora’s content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Community.

The VA must take initiative in:

  • Extracting multiple content assets from long-form blogs and videos
  • Reformatting for platform-specific optimization
  • Driving visibility, engagement, and conversion
  • Increasing profile visits, website clicks, inquiries, and watch time

This is a distribution ownership role, not a task-based posting role.

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs)

Success will NOT be measured by likes alone.

The VA should work toward improving:

  • LinkedIn profile visits
  • Website clicks
  • Direct inquiries
  • YouTube watch time
  • Conversion rate from content
  • Audience growth (relevant audience only)
  • Speaking & advisory inquiries
  • Quality engagement (comments, saves, shares)

 

CONTENT STRUCTURE (Weekly Assets Provided)

Each week Dora produces:

  • 1 Blog (Tuesdays)
  • 1 Long-form YouTube Video
  • 1 Short-form Video

The VA must extract and multiply these assets into multiple distribution pieces.

PLATFORM DISTRIBUTION EXPECTATIONS

LinkedIn (Primary Authority Platform)

  • 3–5 posts per week
  • Blog promotion
  • Video promotion
  • Insight-driven posts extracted from long-form content
  • Authority positioning tone
  • Professional advisory positioning
  • Strategic CTA inclusion

Instagram

  • 2–3 Reels (repurposed from long + short videos)
  • 1 Carousel (from blog or video)
  • 1 Quote Graphic (professional, clean design)
  • Optimized captions
  • Hashtag research (strategic, not generic)

TikTok

  • 2–3 short-form repurposed videos weekly
  • Platform-optimized formatting
  • Captions adapted to TikTok tone (while maintaining professionalism)

 

Facebook

  • Repurposed LinkedIn or Instagram content
  • Platform-relevant formatting
  • Strategic cross-posting where appropriate

YouTube Community

  • 1 Community Post weekly
  • Polls, engagement prompts, or value-based snippets

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Distribution Ownership

  • Extract multiple content assets from:

    • Short-form video
  • Reformat for each platform
  • Schedule strategically
  • Optimize for performance

Repurposing Strategy

Turn 1 blog + 1 video into:

  • Insight posts
  • Reels
  • Carousels
  • Quote graphics
  • YouTube community prompts
  • Engagement-driven posts
  • Educational snippets

Content Marketing Strategy

  • Suggest improvements proactively
  • Advise on distribution timing
  • Recommend content themes
  • Support visibility growth strategy
  • Analyze what’s performing and refine

 

Brand Positioning & Tone

Dora runs a professional advisory/accountancy firm.

The VA must:

  • Maintain premium, authoritative tone
  • Avoid flashy influencer-style aesthetics
  • Avoid neon, overly colorful design styles
  • Prioritize credibility & authority
  • Understand professional services branding

Branding Collaboration

Dora is currently finalizing branding guidelines.

The VA may:

  • Contribute to brand asset development
  • Help formalize visual guidelines
  • Align Canva templates to brand tone

 

Tools & Software

The VA must prioritize:

  • Using existing tools first
  • Not recommending unnecessary paid tools
  • Suggesting tools only if they provide real ROI

Likely tools:

  • Canva (graphics & basic video editing)
  • CapCut (short-form editing)
  • Scheduling tools (to be agreed)
  • Google Drive
  • Possibly analytics tools

Must be comfortable setting up:
