Dora is seeking a strategic Social Media Distribution
& Marketing VA, not a basic content poster.
This role requires someone who will own the distribution,
repurposing, and visibility strategy of Dora’s content across LinkedIn,
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Community.
The VA must take initiative in:
- Extracting
multiple content assets from long-form blogs and videos
- Reformatting
for platform-specific optimization
- Driving
visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Increasing
profile visits, website clicks, inquiries, and watch time
This is a distribution ownership role, not a
task-based posting role.

Success will NOT be measured by likes alone.
