Social Media Coordinator (Turkish Speaking)

We're hiring Turkish Speaking Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media accounts, adapt global content for the local market, build an engaged community, and create a brand experience that truly speaks to Turkish players.

This is an execution-focused role. Our global team creates the strategy, content frameworks, and campaigns, you'll bring them to life with the cultural fluency and local instinct that translation alone can't replicate. You'll be supported by a senior team and given clear direction, but we're looking for someone who can confidently own and grow their channels day-to-day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run our Turkish channels end-to-end: daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and moderation across platforms such as Telegram, X, Instagram, and others.

• Translate and adapt global campaigns, promotions, and announcements while preserving the original message and making it resonate with the local audience.

• Write social copy that feels authentic and natural, as if written by a native Turkish speaker - not a translation tool.

• Cover Turkish peak social hours (evenings TRT) and respond to community messages and comments promptly.

• Identify local cultural moments, sports events (Süper Lig, major derbies such as Galatasaray–Fenerbahçe, Champions League nights), and other opportunities where the brand should be present.

• Track and report basic performance metrics weekly, including follower growth, engagement, and content performance insights.

• Collaborate with the global team on KOL and creator partnerships in the Turkish market.

• Help us understand the local audience: their interests, behaviors, competitor activity, and community sentiment.

What You'll Need (Must-Haves)

• Native Turkish fluency. You write the way Turkish people actually communicate - natural, conversational, and culturally relevant.

• Professional working English skills, allowing you to receive direction from an international team and clearly communicate updates.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management (agency, in-house, or freelance experience).

• Daily active user of Telegram and X, with a strong understanding of Turkish channels, communities, and creators.

• Strong social instincts and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, non-corporate content.

• Deep understanding of Turkish internet culture, including memes, slang, trends, and online communities.

• Comfortable working within the iGaming and crypto industries.

• Availability during peak Turkish social media hours.

• Reliable home setup for fully remote work.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in iGaming, crypto, esports, sports betting, or fintech.

• Experience managing Telegram channels, bots, and moderation tools.

• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, streamers, or local creators.

• Existing network within the Turkish gaming, crypto, or sports betting communities.

• Strong understanding of Turkish football fandom and esports culture beyond a casual level.
