About the Role

Aspora's brand is built around one of the most culturally specific audiences in fintech: people who live global. Social media is how we earn their attention and stay relevant in their feeds.

This role exists to own that presence. Not schedule it. The person we're hiring understands NRI culture, thinks in formats, and can turn a complex financial concept into something worth saving and sharing.

You'll work directly with the marketing team on content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. What you ship goes live. What you measure shapes what we build next.

Location: Remote
Internship Duration- 3-6 months

What You'll Own

  • Write captions, carousel copy, and short-form scripts for Reels and YouTube Shorts: content people save, not scroll past.

  • Own the monthly social calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube: right content, right audience, right time.

  • Manage comments and DMs across platforms: know when to respond, when to escalate, and when a well-timed reply makes someone's day.

  • Spot trends and cultural moments that land with the NRI diaspora and bring back the ones worth building on.

  • Track weekly performance and surface what it means: not a data dump, a point of view.

Who You Are

  • Currently completing or recently finished a degree in Mass Comm, Journalism, Marketing, or something adjacent.

  • Write clean, witty copy: you know brevity is a skill most people underestimate.

  • Genuinely curious about NRI life, personal finance, or Indian culture abroad: you get the audience even if you're not in it.

  • Live on Instagram and YouTube: you can tell within five seconds whether content is working or just existing.

  • Comfortable reading an insights dashboard and forming a point of view from the numbers.

  • Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing experience is a plus.
