ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly creative, culture-tuned Social Media & Content Creator (all) to fully own and evolve BRUNA's social presence. This is your channel. You set the creative direction, you create the content and you shape how BRUNA shows up in the world every single day.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social, thinks in content and instinctively turns trends, moments and community energy into work that inspires and connects. You won't just post for BRUNA. You'll be the voice, the eye and the driving force behind our channels. 

ABOUT BRUNA

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring the channels to life: You own the day to day execution of BRUNA's social channels, translating our brand direction into content that shows up consistently and beautifully across every platform.

• Create content at speed and scale: Ideate, shoot, edit and publish content on a weekly (and often daily) basis. You react fast to emerging trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments and turn them into content that feels unmistakably BRUNA.

• Be the creative engine: You're confident both behind and in front of the camera. You bring the ideas, you make them real and you keep raising the bar on quality, originality and craft.

• Grow and engage our community: Own day to day posting and interactions, spark real conversation and turn followers into a community that feels genuinely connected to BRUNA.

• Shoot social first: Independently plan and run social-first shoots, and jump into brand shoots and events to capture behind the scenes and real-time content.

• Guide our interns: Support and guide our content interns in their day to day, helping them grow while keeping output on brand.

• Turn insight into impact: Track social performance, read the data and use what you learn to sharpen your content and keep growing.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• A true content-first creator, confident on both sides of the camera.

• A deep, instinctive understanding of social platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels).

• A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and brand-aligned visuals.

• Highly driven and self-starting, you push ideas forward and execute quickly in a fast-moving, creative environment.

• Outgoing, community-driven and energised by connecting with people online, offline and everywhere in between.

• Someone who doesn't just follow trends but reinterprets and elevates them for BRUNA.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A proven track record in social and content creation, ideally with lifestyle, fashion or beauty brands. You've built and grown channels before, whether for a brand or as your own.

• 2+ years of experience creating content for brands, agencies or your own platform.

• Confident with graphic design programmes and other content creation tools.

• A background in digital media, graphic design, content creation or a related field is a plus.

MINIMUM SALARY

In accordance with Austrian legal requirements, we are obliged to state a minimum salary based on the collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag Handel). Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are happy to offer a higher salary.

Please note: this salary applies to Austrian employment. For remote roles, compensation is benchmarked accordingly.
