About the Role

Our client helps small businesses across Australia with services such as website development, logo design, Google Business Profile setup, social media management, and email marketing.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery VA who can turn client briefs into high-quality deliverables. You’ll work independently once a brief is clear, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

Client Deliverables

* Design logos and brand assets based on client briefs.
* Build and update 5-page websites.
* Set up and optimise Google Business Profiles.
* Create and set up Facebook and Instagram business pages.
* Manage ongoing social media content (8–12 posts per month), including design, captions, scheduling, and reporting.
* Build and format email templates and sequences in GoHighLevel (GHL).


Partner Support

* Create partner-facing materials such as presentations, graphics, and co-branded assets.
* Update branded email templates for new partners.
* Design visuals for partner campaigns and outreach activities.


Project & Quality Management

* Review briefs thoroughly before starting work.
* Ask clarifying questions upfront if needed.
* Track progress and update project statuses regularly.
* Meet agreed turnaround times and communicate any delays early.
* Organise and store files correctly.
* Review your work before submitting it for approval.


Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience using Canva and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
* Is comfortable working with Meta Business Suite and GoHighLevel.
* Has experience creating websites using platforms like GHL, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar tools.
* Understands branding and can maintain consistency across deliverables.
* Reads and follows briefs carefully.
* Communicates proactively and flags issues early.
* Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
* Consistently meets deadlines without constant supervision.


What You Need to Do
