Part-Time Social Content Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Social Content Specialist to support social media content for our client portfolio. This is a remote role for someone who enjoys creating polished visual content, using AI tools thoughtfully, and ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and client-ready.

This position requires a consistent commitment of 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. While the exact schedule can be established in advance, you must be reliably available during weekday business hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to collaborate with our Customer Success team and respond to client-related needs.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually appealing property-special social posts using AI tools and Canva.
• Create video social posts for clients using our proprietary internal platform.
• Review and quality-assure social content, captions, posts, and settings in our client dashboard.
• Audit our social application across client accounts to identify issues and ensure content is properly displayed and connected.
• Help research, review, and troubleshoot social connection and posting errors within the dashboard.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the Customer Success team about client needs, questions, content updates, and identified issues.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing work across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Bring

• Working knowledge of AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong Canva skills and an eye for visually appealing, on-brand social content.
• Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, tone, and caption writing.
• Experience creating or reviewing social media content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a steady, recurring workload.
• Comfort learning and working in internal software platforms.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach to team work.
• Reliable Slack availability throughout scheduled working hours.

Schedule & Availability

This is a remote, part-time position in the Greater Philadelphia Area requiring approximately 20–25 hours per week. Work will take place Monday through Friday during agreed-upon hours within 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

This is not a flexible, occasional-hours role. The successful candidate will have a consistent weekly schedule, remain responsive in Slack during scheduled hours, and be available to work closely with our Customer Success team as client needs arise.
