We are currently looking for: SOC Manager

Requirements:
The OT SOC Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving Operational Technology Security Operations capabilities across the company offshore and onshore environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the OT Security Operations function.
• Manage OT threat detection and incident response activities.
• Develop OT-specific security monitoring and response procedures.
• Oversee OT vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Coordinate with vessel operations, engineering teams, and external security partners.
• Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Drive OT cybersecurity awareness and maturity initiatives.
• Report on OT security posture and operational risks to management. Requirements:
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, ICS, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Experience leading SOC or Cyber Defense teams.
• Knowledge of IEC62443, NIS2, NIST, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within maritime, offshore, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.

Location: Remote

Range Salarial

2.400€ – 2.700€ net monthly
