Your Role

As a Slovenian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Provide customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their questions and requests in a professional manner.
• Find solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Use company systems and tools to provide accurate support.
• Collaborate with an international team to maintain excellent service quality.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovenian (C1/C2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a new environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
