Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovak language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this position.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.
• A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and training purposes.
• Previous experience in customer support services, contact centre operations, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous, though not strictly required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to empathise with customers and deliver solutions in a calm, professional manner.
